At Slumberly, better sleep is a promise. If our products don't deliver on that promise, we'll make it right.

30-Day Sleep Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. We call it our "Sleep Guarantee" because we genuinely believe you'll notice a difference. If you don't, we want to know about it.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in reasonable condition (normal use during the trial period is expected and accepted).
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must have your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@slumberly.store with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
  • Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the refund. Key details:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Items that have been intentionally damaged or destroyed.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.
  • Shipping protection purchases.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or variant, please email us at support@slumberly.store. We'll arrange the exchange and provide instructions for returning the original item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. To report a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund immediately.
  • You do not need to return the damaged item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected processing time:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be a processing delay on their end.
  • If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, email us at support@slumberly.store.
